Pharmercy - a romantic pairing consisting of Pharah and Mercy - was an early development which the game itself seemed to emphasise. The airborne rocket trooper was incredibly fast and deadly, although her small amount of health meant that getting into risky scrapes would often result in death. But with Mercy by her side, who clings onto allies to heal them in a pinch or zoom into the fray, Pharah becomes an airborne killing machine capable of wiping out entire teams. Matches would always be populated with the combo as two feminine spectres flew through the air, raining hell down from above while never accepting death. Their mutually-beneficial partnership created a mechanical bond that quickly morphed into an emotional relationship.
Bastion is a versatile hero that transforms into Recon, Tank, and Sentry mode, helping you overcome your enemies. For this, you’ll need the circle crosshair to help you use the machine gun more accurat
With a hero roster of 37 different playable characters, in Overwatch 2 , it can be difficult to understand the mechanics and uses of each of them. Especially, when new maps are added, with character reworks, and, of course, the addition of new characters, all of these factors can make your head spin when trying to get a grasp on how to play the g
With the shield up, the other support will not be able to heal Lifeweaver and the DPS, so the other tank will not be able to shoot at you, making it exceedingly easy to secure a quick kill before jumping back Find Out More of the fight to be hea
Mei is one of the most underrated characters in Overwatch 2. We like the fact that with her Endothermic Blaster, you can cause your enemies a great deal of damage with minimal precision. But not all battles are won without precise aiming. For this, we use the circle crossh
Masterfully combining Chinese culture with rather modern clothing and gear, we have this gorgeous-looking and intimidating skin. Plus, the feathers on the helmet fading just like Reaper does is a nice to
Lifeweaver is a pretty tall hero and an easy target for a lot of decent Widowmaker players. As the support only has 200 health, a single well-placed headshot will be enough to take them out of the fig
You can easily guess the role this hooded figure plays in the game just by looking at him. Overwatch 2 divides characters into the Tank, Damage, and Support role , each one of them having their job in every game. Reaper is a Damage character who demolishes everybody in his p

Reaper's ultimate can easily be counted as one of the strongest abilities in the entire game, but it's still important to know your limits . There will be times when you'll be tempted to chase a squishy character if they're alone even when you're super low , and you need to resist the u

It may not be the best skin gameplay-wise, considering how much it can drag people's attention with all the red and gold on the outfit, not to mention the big hat, but it's a very fashionable way to kill everyone. At the very least, you can die with st
You can also use Life Grip in an even simpler form. Even though it has a cooldown of 20 seconds, making it one of the longest for a hero ability in the game, you don't have to only use it to save your team from enemy ultimates . With enough practice, you can get good at understanding when your teammates are about to die from a normal team fight and so, you can use your Life Grip then to pull them closer to you away from the damage, so that you can heal them before they go back and join in with the fi

A fan-favorite character who is easy to learn and fun to control, Reaper is one of the most iconic characters in Overwatch 2 . And unlike most characters in the game, this one knows how to dress to impress. His default appearance already mimics Death, making him quite the eccentric per
The critics are justified - queer representation in a game as globally recognised as Overwatch 2 shouldn’t become a political scapegoat as its publisher fails to cover up its own corruption. The conspiracy that characters in this game are assigned queer identities out of desperation as opposed to excellent writing and realistic dynamics isn’t that far-fetched. We can’t trust Blizzard enough to believe that it was always the plan to reveal Soldier 76, Tracer, or Pharah as queer, even though it might be true. It doesn’t deserve that trust anymore, but this shouldn’t negate what personal value we assign to characters who are now canon in their identities, especially after years of projecting ourselves onto them with stories and ideas that outgrow what the game is capable of. Feeling pride in Pharah’s reveal as a lesbian is valid, I just wish it wasn’t sullied.
